• This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. In most cases, vaccination is no longer required unless you are traveling from or through an infected area. Emergency care is available in many places, though not as easily accessible as at home. It is advisable to carry essential medications or prescription drugs with you. While our company is responsible for providing the services and accommodations described in this manual to passengers, we are exempt from providing such services or altering itineraries due to delays or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide equivalent services, accommodations, and itineraries, but refunds will not be issued. Passengers are responsible for complying with the laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the countries they visit. Our company bears no responsibility for any passenger who is refused entry. In such cases, unused portions will not be refunded. Our company reserves the right to refuse boarding to any individual whose behavior is deemed incompatible with the interests of the tour group. Therefore, we are not responsible for the behavior of passengers before, during, or after the trip. If a passenger is required to leave the group, any remaining tour fees will not be refunded. During the actual travel process, guides or drivers have the authority to adjust the order of sightseeing, duration of stays, or meeting times at attractions based on weather, traffic, and other circumstances to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary. BAGGAGE Baggage allowance in Asia and China are restricted to 20kg (44lbs.), and one carry on baggage with dimensions not exceeding 22 X 14 X 9 per person. On transpacific flights, economy class baggage allowance of up to 2 suitcases with each dimensions not exceeding 29 X 20 X 10. However, porterage for only one piece of baggage id included. Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in. The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service. This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. Yellow Fever Vaccination Requirement: If you have traveled to or transited through yellow fever-endemic regions including East African countries (excluding Tanzania) or South American countries, either before or after your trip, you may be required to present a valid yellow fever vaccination certificate.
